The brewery brought hope for the city’s growth and a sense of community for its people.
Sadly, the relentless march of time and industry changes led to the brewery's closure, with its iconic building demolished in 1982. Yet, the legacy of what the brewery stood for – a testament to Victoria's spirit and its historical significance – is too precious to let fade away.
Our project is more than a brewery; it's a call to unite industry talent and honor Victoria's rich brewing heritage to ensure the legacy of the Victoria Brewing Company lives on. It's about preserving the unique identity of our city rooted in the craft of beer making and inspire development of the perfect beer for the people of Victoria.

I am Keil, spearheading the Victoria Brewing Co. Project. My journey began years ago brewing at home, captivated by the science and art of turning simple ingredients into liquid gold. My background in engineering found a kindred spirit in the intricate technicalities of brewing. This passion wasn't contained within four walls for long; My quest for perfecting this craft led me across the globe, seeking wisdom from fellow brewers and experiencing diverse beer cultures firsthand.
Being a proud resident of Victoria, this brewery will blend my passion for brewing with my love for our vibrant city. My vision for Victoria Brewing Co. is simple yet profound: to create a symphony of Tradition, Balance, Freshness, and Science in every brew.
